→ Tour Management
• Headline Act - Advance, organize, route and execute the tour. Touring party included Artists/Drivers (1 & 4), Crew (2, including Security). Work with Management and Agents to create reports including show & merch settlements, expense tracking, and show reviews. Direct communications DOS with Venue GM, PM, FOH/LD, & Security. Manage merchandise display, sales, inventory and reporting. Secure lodging. Assist support acts as needed.
Clients: Elise Trouw, The Black Lillies
• Support Act - Advance, organize, route and execute the tour as listed above. Touring party included Artists (4), Crew (2, including Photographer) and a Driver. Direct and DOS communications with the Tour Package PM, TM & Merch Manager. Coordinate communications DOS with FOH, LD, Monitor Engineer and Venue GM. Secure lodging. Lead daily navigation with Driver. Assist other support bands as needed.

• Production office set-up/tear down including; signage, radio, runner and dressing room management, hotel access advance, stage rider, wardrobe assist, bus stocking and guest lists.

• Touring Sprinter - Transported seven (7) souls, luggage, production gear and merch in a Mercedes Sprinter Van (Deluxe, 11’x23’, 5 Tons) for eight (8) days, 2,500+ miles, NE, Midwest, East Coast & South.
• Touring Cargo Van - Shared driving with Artist, luggage, instruments, gear, merch & display in a Chevy Cargo Van ( Heavy Duty XL 7’x18’, 2.5 ton) for 10 days, 2,800+ miles, San Diego to Seattle & back.
• Deadheading Sprinter - Sprinter Van from Billings, MT to New York City, NY, 2,100+ miles & Philadelphia to Albany & back, 500+ miles.
